Program Components

- Creativity training: Team members will receive training on the principles of creativity and innovation. This training will cover topics such as problem-solving, De Bono Dynamic creativity, Cr8, and other custom-made programs that suites the clients’ industry.
- Tool and resource library: Team members will have access to tools and resources that can help them be more creative. This library will include training material and articles.
- Collaboration opportunities: Team members will have opportunities to collaborate and share ideas. This collaboration can occur in formal settings, such as creativity sessions, or informal settings, such as casual conversations.

Program Timeline
The program will be implemented over six months. The first three months will focus on creativity training and tool and resource development. The last three months will focus on collaboration and creativity measurement.
